No, our free transfer is only valid for the reservations made directly from our website. If you want to use our transfer service to come to hotel the fee is 25 € from Ataturk Airport, 55 € from Sabiha Gokcen Airport.

 If I book 8 nights stay from your hotel, can I have a back transfer as well?
No, free transfer is given only from Ataturk Airport to hotel.

From Ataturk Airport should I use your transfer service rather than a taxi cab?
Definitely, unless you don’t know Istanbul very well, it is more convenient to use our private service rather than a taxi. Taxi costs about the same as the private transfer in day tariff.

 From Sabiha Gokcen Airport, what is the easiest and the cheapest way to come to hotel?
The best way is to come to Taxim Square by the shuttle buses of the airline companies. From Taksim Square, you can either take a taxi (app. 3 €) or take the street tram through Istiklal Avenue to Tunel. We are at Tunel Square, hotel entrance is from the stairs. But if you are four or more people, it will be better to use the private transfer.

 When are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 14:00, check-out time is 12:00.

 Being situated in the downtown Istanbul, is the environment safe and quiet?
The hotel is located on the nicest area of Taksim. There are not noisy bars and pubs in the street so this makes the environment more safe and quiet. But still you should be careful to the pickpockets during your stay in Istanbul. We are also located next to Beyoglu Municipality which is protected 24hrs.
